It is much faster to order online.
This ensures accuracy, and quick feedback of proofs etc.
When your quotation or order is placed online it immediately goes to the layout department. And ordering online eliminates the possibility of typographic errors and ensures the fastest possible turnaround time.
For special orders your details can be submitted by email with any attached documents and images.

However, for Business customers, the fastest process at this point of time is by phone or email. We are currently working on our B2B part of the website after which we would encourage all business customers to use our business page for ordering online.

1. Select items by adding to shopping cart,  Choosing your engraving requirements including any special instructions for each item.
2. Upload any images with items as you add to cart. Please follow the image size restrictions to avoid any misprints, image ghosting or blurry outputs.
3. Choose Shipment method General or Express. If the product has free shipping, we have already covered the fastest shipping method for you.
4. Make the payment using our secure online payment page using Stripe.
5. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you
6. A proof will be prepared and emailed to you if we find a problem with the supplied images, to check all is as you wish, and advise of any changes required allow 24 hours.
7. Once your proof is confirmed, production starts
   Typical time cycles are:-
   • box and glass sets allow 7 – 14  days
   • glasses only 7 – 12  days
   • Signs and tags 3 – 5 days
     Special timber beveling of edges or
     shaping allow additional 2 days
   • Special coloring and color inlays allow additional 2 days
8. Dispatch of your order will be confirmed by email.

• We use USPS for all our shipment.
• If the delivery requires urgent delivery, please contact us for using express shipping like DHL.

We offer a list of fonts that work best with laser engraving. You can select the fonts when editing text on any of our customizable products. If you require the use of a font not available in our custom font list, please make a note at the time of placing the order under customer notes. One of our design team members will contact you to discuss further and come to an agreeable solution.

Yes you can. Our custom designer gives you the option to upload your own images using the image icon on the top bar of the designer. Please note, there are size and dpi restrictions based on the products which must be met. You will see notification is the uploaded image does not meet our minimum size requirements.

We highly recommend using “SVG” vector files if available.
